This Privacy Policy explains how VisaPlans LLC, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901 ("VisaPlans," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use visaplans.com (the "Site") and our business plan document preparation services (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you order and complete our intake, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the business and personal information needed to prepare your business plan — such as your business concept, background, investment details, financial projections, and the visa category you are pursuing. If you contact us, we collect the content of your message.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and referring URL — through cookies and similar technologies, to operate and improve the Site.

2. How we use information

We use your information to prepare and deliver your order; to communicate with you about your order, revisions, and support; to process payments and refunds; to operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services; to comply with legal obligations; and, if you opt in, to send you occasional updates about our Services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us deliver the Services — including payment processing (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure, email, and AI-model and technology providers — and with affiliates and specialist subcontractors who prepare and review deliverables on our behalf. Each is bound to use your information only to perform services for us and to protect it.
• For legal reasons, when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
• In a business transfer, if VisaPlans is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

4. AI processing

Our Services use artificial intelligence systems to generate and refine documents. Information you provide in your intake may be processed by third-party AI-model providers under contractual terms that prohibit them from using your information to train their models or for any purpose other than providing the service to us.

5. Data retention

We retain your order information and deliverables for as long as needed to provide the Services, handle revisions and refunds, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes — generally up to seven (7) years after your order. You may request earlier deletion of your intake materials once your order is complete, subject to our legal retention obligations.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to non-discrimination; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of the EU/EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and we process your information on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and, where applicable, consent.

The Site and Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
