Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your purchase and use of business plan document preparation services (the "Services") offered by VisaPlans LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901 ("VisaPlans," "we," "us"). By placing an order or using visaplans.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do — and what we don't

VisaPlans prepares business plan documents intended for use in support of visa and immigration applications, including E-2 and EB-2 NIW petitions. Our documents are generated with proprietary AI systems and reviewed by human specialists.

We are a document preparation service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. Nothing on the Site or in our deliverables constitutes legal advice or a legal opinion. You are responsible for retaining your own immigration counsel, and we recommend that your attorney review every document before it is filed. We make no representation or guarantee regarding the outcome of any petition, application, or decision by any government authority.

2. Ordering and intake

Orders are placed through the Site. After payment, you will receive an intake questionnaire. Delivery timelines begin only once we have confirmed that your intake information is complete. Standard delivery is three (3) business days from confirmed information. RUSH delivery is twenty-four (24) hours from confirmed information.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you provide. We rely on your information as given and do not independently verify it. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information are not our responsibility and extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are stated on the Site in U.S. dollars and are payable in full at the time of order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid.

4. Deliverables and revisions

Your deliverable is a business plan document in editable format (Word and PDF). Upon full payment, you own the deliverable and may use, edit, and reproduce it for your own immigration matter.

Revisions. One (1) revision round is included, to be requested within one (1) month after delivery. A revision round covers corrections and adjustments to the plan we delivered, based on your consolidated feedback or your attorney's comments, submitted together in a single request. Revisions do not cover a change of visa category, a change of business concept, or a new plan for a different applicant, each of which is a new order. Additional revision rounds, or requests made after the one-month window, may be available for an additional fee.

5. Refund policy

• Before intake is submitted: you may cancel for a full refund at any time before you submit your intake questionnaire.
• After generation has started: once we have begun preparing your plan, the order is non-cancellable, because the work has been performed.
• Satisfaction refund: if, after receiving your deliverable and using the included revision round, you are not satisfied with the plan, you may request a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the base plan price. The request must be made in writing to the support email below within thirty (30) days of delivery. Upon payment of a satisfaction refund, your license to use the deliverable ends and you agree not to file or otherwise use it.
• RUSH fee: if you ordered RUSH delivery and we deliver later than twenty-four (24) hours from confirmed information, the RUSH fee is refunded in full, automatically. The base plan price is not affected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer — most issues are resolved in one message. If you initiate a chargeback for an order that has been delivered in accordance with these Terms, we reserve the right to provide the card network with the order record, delivery confirmation, and these Terms.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will (a) provide truthful and accurate information; (b) not use the Services or deliverables for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent facts to any government authority; (c) have your deliverable reviewed by qualified immigration counsel before filing; and (d) not resell or redistribute our deliverables or templates.

8. Subcontracting and service providers

We may engage affiliates, subcontractors, and third-party service providers — including specialist writers, reviewers, and technology and AI-model providers — to perform any part of the Services. We remain responsible to you for the Services under these Terms. Information you provide may be processed by such providers solely for the purpose of delivering your order, subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Confidentiality

We treat the information you provide as confidential and use it only to prepare and deliver your order, to provide support, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.

10. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in our methods, templates, systems, software, and Site content. You receive ownership of the specific deliverable prepared for you upon full payment, subject to Section 5. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in our underlying materials.

11. Disclaimers

The Services and deliverables are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any deliverable will meet the requirements of any government authority, adjudicator, or attorney, or that any petition will be approved.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services, the deliverables, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any government filing fees, legal fees, travel costs, lost opportunity, or immigration outcome.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter for thirty (30) days.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Electronic communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic agreements, notices, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
