Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what we provide

VisaPlans ("we," "us") provides professional business plan document preparation services. For a one-time fee, we prepare a business plan document based on the information you provide through our intake form, completed with market and industry research, generated with our proprietary system and reviewed by our team before delivery.

2. What we are not

We are a document preparation service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using our services. We do not guarantee any outcome with any government authority, including visa approval or petition acceptance. For legal advice regarding your immigration case, consult a licensed immigration attorney.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide through the intake form and by email. Our document is prepared from your information; inaccurate or incomplete information will be reflected in the document. You confirm that all information you provide is truthful.

4. Delivery terms

Standard delivery is within 3 business days. RUSH delivery, where purchased, is within 24 hours. All delivery timelines begin when your information has been confirmed as complete, not at payment. If mandatory information is missing, we will contact you by email, and the delivery timeline begins once the missing information is received and confirmed. RUSH orders confirmed by 12pm ET begin their window the same day; RUSH orders confirmed after 12pm ET begin the next business morning.

5. RUSH guarantee

If we fail to deliver a RUSH order within its 24-hour window, the RUSH fee of $350 will be refunded, and the plan will be delivered with priority. The base service fee is not affected by this guarantee.

6. Deliverables

Your deliverables are an editable Word document containing your business plan and an Excel workbook containing your financial model with tables and graphs. Upon delivery and full payment, you own your plan and may edit and use it for your application and business purposes. Our underlying systems, templates, methods, and know-how remain our property.

7. Revision round

Your purchase includes one revision round, available within 1 month (30 calendar days) of delivery. The revision round covers corrections and updates to facts, figures, names, and details of your business. Requests received after this period, or additional revision rounds, are not included.

8. Payment and refunds

Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed by our payment provider. Work begins upon confirmation of complete information. [REFUND POLICY TO BE DEFINED WITH COUNSEL: e.g., refund availability before intake confirmation, no refund once generation has begun.]

9. Confidentiality

We treat the information you provide as confidential and use it to prepare your document and operate our service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability
